To D. Petrazzi: You didn't include your full email address, so I couldn't
respond to you personally. Yes, I get frequent panic attacks due to migraines.
I also get the aura which basically blinds me....I thought I was the only one
who panicked as a result of them. I would love to discuss this with you in
more detail. Please email me.

Hello, I am 30 yrs old and have never suffered any "real" headaches that is until this past week-end. It started out with a sharp pain at the top right side of my head. I felt a little discomfort in my right eat as well. That was Saturday night. By Sunday Morning, I was getting Very Sharp Electric like pulses in the same area. By Sunday afternoon I couldn't even run a brush through my hair on the right side of my head. The right top portion of my head has become sensitive to the touch. It feels like I'm recovering from being hit over the head with a lead pipe. The pain is like nothing I have ever experienced. All through the night, (Sunday night/ Monday morning) every 15 to 20 seconds, lasting a second or two, these "pulses" of pain would shoot through the right side of my head. I couldn't sleep under those conditions. I was also keeping my wife up when I would moan from the quick charge of pain coming every 15 seconds.
This has gone on all the way up to today, which is Tuesday night. I went to my family doctor on Monday. He gave my Vicatin for the pain and told me to call him Wed. if the pain was still there. I didn't make it till then. I had to go to the ER Monday night because the pain was relentless. ER gave me a shot and some Foinal. That knocked me out and I was able to get some sleep until 4 am. It must have worn off and the pain was back.
To cut this short, I've since been "scanned", Blood work, and told by the ER, "there's nothing else we can do."
Am I suffering from a Migrane? Where can I go for help? I am a very healthy person who has been knocked flat on his back by this constant electrifying pain in my head. I do a lot of computer work that has been put on hold since I'm having a hard time reading and looking at my monitor with out causing the pain to be even more frequent and more severe.
Please, someone help me with some answers and solid advice.

Thank you and I'll be praying for all of you tonight.

Hi all.Just wanted to check in with everyone.Last week my Dr. put me on Sansert as a preventative and I took it for two days before I noticed when I got up my legs cramped up so bad I could hardly walk.I called my Dr the next day and he told me to stop taking it because it was could be messing up my circulation. He made me wait a couple of days to get the Sansert out of my system. Now I'm taking Zoloft.Does anybody know anything about this?I am not comfortable taking antidepressants.I am not depressed. But I know that Elavil works for some people and its classed as an antidepressant. It did not work for me all it did was make me gain weight.I also wanted to let anybody know who is taking Stadol Ns that you should not take any other narcotics while it is still in your system. What happens is say you take a hydrocodone for a H/A and 2 hours later it's still there you use some Stadol. The Stadol won't be as effective. My doctor told me that and it is true I used Stadol and it didn't even touch the headache. My Dr.had me wait til the Stadol got out of my system so he could give me a shot.I just wanted to let everybody know because some Drs probably don't take the time to check these things out.Hope everybody has some good days.Lisa

About this Good Samaritan thing, I know you are correct about this because I posted a entery awhile ago and I received a Email from someone asking some very strange questions about drugs. I was wondering what that was all about.

Dear Good Samaritian, I have often thought that this is probably
happening with the journal and was wondering how we can help eachother
and at the same time protect ourselves. Do you have any advice?
Is there any way to block what we say to eachother. Are we still in
danger when we comunicate one on one? Thank you again.
